Any additional products, images, services, or upgrades not included in your selected package may incur additional fees. These will be communicated before purchase.
Booking and Payment
A booking is considered confirmed only after the required booking steps have been completed, including any applicable contract signature and payment of the required retainer or deposit.
The payment schedule, remaining balance, accepted payment methods, and any applicable fees will be communicated during booking.
By booking a session, you agree to the pricing and payment terms confirmed for your selected experience.
Failure to make a required payment may result in a pause in services or cancellation of the booking, subject to the applicable agreement and law.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
We understand that circumstances can change. Our rescheduling, cancellation, refund, and retainer policies will be communicated before your booking is finalized and may be included in your individual photography agreement.
Any applicable deadlines, fees, and refund eligibility will be governed by that agreement and applicable law.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your session.
IMPORTANT: Your individual booking agreement should clearly explain what happens to payments if you cancel, reschedule, arrive late, or if Crescent and Curves needs to reschedule your session.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate booking information, communicating relevant preferences and boundaries, arriving at the agreed time, and following reasonable studio guidelines.
Boudoir photography is a personal experience, and your comfort matters. Please communicate any posing preferences, limits, or concerns before or during your session.
All clients must meet the applicable age requirements for the services offered. Boudoir sessions are intended for adults aged 18 and older.
Photography, Editing, and Image Delivery
Crescent and Curves retains creative discretion over the photographic process, including artistic direction, composition, lighting, image selection, and editing style.
The images delivered will depend on the package selected and the terms of your individual photography agreement.
Unless expressly included in your package or agreed in writing, unedited images, RAW files, and additional photographs are not included in the final delivery.
Delivery timelines, gallery access periods, and image-retention arrangements will be communicated as part of your booking.
Copyright and Image Usage
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Crescent and Curves retains copyright in the photographs it creates.
Clients receive the usage rights expressly granted in their photography agreement or image license. These rights do not automatically transfer copyright ownership.
Clients may not reproduce, sell, alter, commercially distribute, or otherwise use photographs beyond the permissions granted to them.
Client privacy is separate from copyright ownership.
Booking a session does not automatically authorize Crescent and Curves to publish your photographs.
Any use of client images for portfolios, websites, social media, publications, or advertising must be covered by a separate written image-release permission.
Website Content and Intellectual Property
All original website content, including photographs, text, branding, graphics, and design elements, belongs to Crescent and Curves or its respective rights holders unless otherwise stated.
You may view and access the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
